Our COMMUNITY WELLNESS Programs

PeaceWorks believes that the path of the survivor includes healing the wounds of the past, strengthening the resilience of the present, and creating a healthy future.

Unresolved trauma leads to lifestyle diseases, depression, obesity, and a decreased lifespan.

That is why PeaceWorks is pleased to provide opportunities to connect, heal, and strengthen our community. Whether you are staff, a volunteer, client, supporter, or new to PeaceWorks’ community, we’d like to invite you to participate in any of these complimentary sessions offered both in-person and virtually through Zoom.

We currently offer weekly rotating sessions will be held Wednesday evenings at Taspen’s Yoga and Healing Center, and a monthly Mindfullness Walk on the second Sunday at Pine Valley Ranch. Feel free to attend as many sessions as you can and be sure to share with others!
